Dr. Baird is Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Arcadia Preclinical Partners, a pharmacology and toxicology consultancy with specialization in cardiovascular and neurobehavioral sciences.  Ted has wide-ranging and deep industry experience, including 23 years in hands-on preclinical study/program design, management, and execution, as well as scientific interpretation and regulatory report writing. Qualitative and quantitative electrocardiography interpretation, scientific (primary investigator/internal scientist) writing and scientific peer review have been routinely performed for over 18 years, with hundreds of main study reports and specialty sub-reports successfully submitted. He has held scientific and overall leadership positions within the Contract Research arena for over 20 years, with a proven track record of partnering with clients to effectively navigate technical, logistic, regulatory and scientific aspects of program development. 

Dr. Service holds a BS in Physiology and a Doctor of Medicine (MD), both from Michigan State University.  She has been a practicing physician for over 17 years, with board certification in Family Medicine and serving in various professional management roles. As a medical doctor, she brings diverse understandings and experiences with human anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and applied therapeutics. With Dr. Baird, she serves as a main point of contact, directing organizational logistics and communications for Arcadia Preclinical Partners.
